I found Littell over Lodolo shocking until I realized that Terry is more than likely trying to bait Roberts into using a lefty heavy lineup and then bringing in Lodolo.

 

• Right-handed pitchers Ben Casparius and Kyle Hurt as well as outfielders Esteury Ruiz and Justin Dean are at Dodger Stadium on Monday with the team. Casparius and Hurt both figure to be options for the Dodgers in the bullpen, while one of Ruiz or Dean could factor into the team’s plans as a defensive replacement and pinch-runner off the bench.

According to sources close to @FabianArdaya the #Dodgers are set to carry Will Smith on the Wild Card roster as one of three catchers. Ben Rortvedt and Dalton Rushing will primarily do the catching for the Dodgers in NLWC. Smith could be a pinch-hitter off the bench.

 

Interesting that he would specify "one-inning." Not that Sheehan couldn't be useful in a one-inning appearance, but the way he's stretched out he could easily go multiple frames if the situation calls for it. I just hope that's still on the table. I'd rather have Emmett go for more than one than use 6-7 relievers and have to stir up the dregs of this fetid bullpen.
