    They weren't/aren't saving money to get Harper, Arenado, Trout, Stanton, or anybody else, so the only reason I can think they do not want to go over the tax is Guggenslime shareholders.

    And yet...McCarthy, Kazmir, Kelly, Pollock...

    He's always been a mental midget (cried like a bitch and threatened to quit when they moved him from catcher, whined about his role being in jeopardy when Chapman was rumored) but it didn't seem to matter much until Marwi--I can't even say the name.

    Now I think it has more to do with his stuff and command than anything.
