Los Angeles Dodgers at Chicago Cubs Game Thread (August 1 - 4)

Yeah this has to happen right before a big series against the Cards and a week before I go to the game.

This happened the last time I went to a game too. Manny got suspended the day before the game I went to. Dodgers still won but ugh am I bad luck?

 

Well I know there's a lot of parks that do not have padding on the concrete/brick in the infield. Washington, Coors, are the 1st to come to mind. I'm just pointing out that this park is not alone in that, and I'm not saying it shouldn't be padded. Even the more modern fields ignore padding the infield walls. Hanley's injury could've occured at DS too. We've seen Sellers and others go flying into the seats, but they're not made of glass or weigh 200+ lbs. \
