What a game! Greinke was nails tonight!! Matt fucking Kemp saved our season and you could see the emotion running through him in the post-game interview. Going through all those injuries and missing last year's post-season man I am so happy for Kemp!! Jansen is a fucking stud!! Let's win games 3 and 4 and not even come back to LA for a game 5!!!

No way they throw Wainwright in a game 4 so I think they save him for a possible game 5. Ryu vs Lackey and Kershaw vs. Miller in games 3,4 looks good to me. No reason why we can't win both games in STL but game 3 will be huge! Must-win!! Puig and Dee need to wake the fuck up and against Lackey I think they will!

Didn't see the game today. Probably for the best because I want live a long life. Saw highlights. But I have to say, the Puig-Molina thing is interesting. It backfired a bit in Game 1 for the Cards, seemed to work in Game 2. I think Game 3 Puig is going to have a plan, and if they pull the same thing at his 1st or 2nd at bat, Puig is going to hit one out of the park.

The real question mark is Ryu. What will he have? We certainly can't afford him to give up runs early, and with only Haren backing him up, I don't trust the backup plan or the bullpen....especially the bullpen.

I hate being in the position of having to have your SP have to go 8 and have a 5 run lead no less.

Then the concern is game 4. What do we make of Kersh? Was that a fluke in Game 1? If we use Haren in Game 3 there's no choice right? If we don't use Haren in Game 3....do we go Haren in 4 or back to Kersh.

The way Kersh pitched this year, I had no idea I would be questioning him in this series.

 

Looks like it may rain on Monday in STL. Damn.

 

i don't even know that Game 3 is a must win. it's not like Greinke and Kershaw can't get it done. i watched Kershaw with my own 2 eyes, shut them down last year in Game 2. he'll get it together.
