This is grotesque...like a little kid with an AK 47. Wow...I guess this would be better than the black and orange cap.
Younger? Uhhhh....no, but thanks for the thought. As for wrapped tight.....I think you need to move out West....wrapped tight is not associated with West Coast living....certainly not mine. It seems you take any slight about the East Coast quite personally.
Honeycutt "Shocked" by Arrieta winning Cy Young by Matthew Moreno — Dodger Blue — 2 hours ago The Chicago Cubs’ dominance of the awards season continued on Wednesday with Jake Arrieta finishing ahead of Zack Greinke (second place) and Clayton Kershaw (third place) in voting for the 2015 National League Cy Young Award. While the result isn’t necessarily viewed on the same level as R.A. Dickey taking the award over Kershaw in 2012, there was some surprise Greinke didn’t come away with the Cy Young. Arrieta finished with 17 first-place votes to Greinke’s 10 and Kershaw’s three. Overall, the final vote had Arrieta defeating Greinke by a slim 22 points. With Arrieta’s win, the Cubs swept the major awards they were nominated for — Joe Maddon as NL Manager of the Year and Kris Bryant for NL Rookie of the Year. In an interview with SportsNet LA’s John Hartung, Los Angeles Dodgers pitching coach Rick Honeycutt while complimentary of Arrieta, explained why the Cy Young result surprise him: “I was a little bit shocked, I knew it was going to be close. Everybody kept pushing Jake with the finish, but nobody ever mentioned Zack was 11-1 and Kersh was 10-1 after the break. They were all dominant; just unbelievable seasons by three guys. I’m bias toward my guys. I think from day one until the end of the season, Zack was most consistent out of all of them. Obviously Kersh finished his usual self and was super dominant, and Arrieta was, too. You can’t rule out the entire season. … I was surprised Zack got three third-place votes.” This year’s Cy Young race was one of the more intriguing votes in recent memory. Arrieta had the historic second half, Greinke led the Majors in ERA (1.66), ERA+ (225) and WHIP (0.84), while Kershaw had the first 300-strikeout season since 2002 and dominated numerous sabermetric statistics. Ultimately, Arrieta’s 0.75 ERA after the All-Star break, which was the lowest since 1933, and his 11-0 stretch with 89 strikeouts in 88.1 innings pitched over his final 12 starts of the season was too much to overcome for the pair of 2015 Dodgers teammates.
Man, it is amazing how far away you are from what I mean or what I feel...totally opposite almost. And not the first time either. The reason I wrote " younger" is because older people usually have much better developed sense of whether something matters , or really doesn't...you are immediate with the "naive" and "head in the sand" judgement bullshit...when I was talking about Lex Luthor and the Superman film...when he bought land in NV and planned to blow up CA so he would have beachfront property. Yeah, you are wrapped tight...and I don't care where you live. Nowhere you are will ever change you, that is definite. I'm trying to joke around with you and you bring to this with your labels. It doesn't make anyone superior where they live and where it "sucks"... That's clown bullshit. Irrelevant. Like I give a fuck..I wasn't even born in this country...I give a shit about opinions on where I live now. did you read my Biggie/Tupac thing? Think that was serious.??..that a slight on the E.C. would upset me. Lol. Do you get anything at all other than your own provincial spin on things? Please...I've tried with you. Best we don't interact again.
So the Cubs win manager of the year, rookie of the year and cy young? They had to win something since everyone wanted them to win the World Series I guess.
You know for someone so mature you sure spew a lot of verbal vomit. Just say you don't give a f*ck about what I said. There 3 lines. Other than that, the rest, like I said, is just vomit.
I have a doomed feeling that there will be no Zack or Price or Cueto. Shelby Miller rumors, Carasco rumors and Lackey rumors abound. Add this to the recent payroll of $200,000.00 talk = we're fucked.
^ pretty much making it worse is the fact that if Zack wanted us and we wanted him it would be done now would love to be wrong
When it comes down to it, as he said when he signed with us, it is all about the money. We give him the highest offer, he is ours, simple as that.
Let it be just "vomit" or whatever the fuck you want to categorize it as, just as long as you don't interact with me. I tried to respond to you with courtesy, but you get nothing but your spin and unpleasant, incorrect takes on everything...just like the Yost thing...and you were wrong about that too, obviously. It's not that important being right, but your "observations" about me are from LF and in your mind. Not even in the vicinity. Block me, pretend I'm not here...whatever. Just fucking go away. If you think I was hesitant in any way to tell you to go fuck yourself, LOL , then you are more totally clueless than I even thought you were. I was just trying to be polite.
Tough year for the Cy Young. Kershaw would've been my pick, but really all 3 had unbelievable seasons.
Kershaw/Grienke being on the same squad definitely affected the vote, I don't care what any body says. Fuck the "half season" voters, my opinion Grienke should have won-he had the best season.
