NedCo was 50/50. Half his moves were alright to really good. Half this moves were kinda meh to OMG why oh why?
@ScottMillerBbl Dodgers manager Dave Roberts says he expects SS Corey Seager to be ready for Game 1 of the World Series on Tuesday in LA.
Getting Seager back could mean either Granderson or Utley get left off the roster, to me, you have to keep Culberson, unless they decide to shift to two catchers, then it wouldn't wouldn't necessarily push off Granderson or Utley.
Real Man right there. What a fucking moment for Clayton that was. Him on the screen holding back the tears finally going to the WS and him winning the final game pitching great to take the team to where they said he couldnt take them. That was the moment that he needed. He wanted to cry because he was purging his demons and the last few were trying to get out because demons cant abide by whats inside Clayton right now.
still can't believe it. I recorded MLB Network, TBS, Sportsnet LA, ESPN to watch every single moment of this post game analysis and celebration.
It would be easier to go to 2 catchers, because we could always bring up Farmer in case of a serious injury. But Granderson is such a no brainer cut at this point.
Only 1 left handed starter each for the Yankees and Astros so it'll be interesting who plays. Of note also is that we didn't play either team in the regular season so I'm not sure how it will affect what happens in the World Series.
my favorite thing about this is that the only reason they signed him is cause Tim Wallach saw him play at a Cal State Fullerton Alumni game and he told Ned he should sign him, and we essentially got him cause Ned hadn't signed enough infield depth.
less than a week ago I wanted to rip my arms off because he was replacing Seager and now I'm like "yeah, maybe he should start Game 1 of the World Series, go for it"
Made the diving play to his left and said "wtf" and made the throw from his knees. Charles F Culbertson indeed.
We have come a long way since Adam Kennedy was here. The last guy to hit 3 HR in game 5 of the ALCS for a so cal team.
