All of sudden Bazemore is the Blazers' tough guy. Lol Whole lot of shit being talked in this game, but the Blazers can't play any D and getting bopped Smh
Kawhi Leonard is quietly having a pretty mediocre shooting year for his standard. The media just refuses to ever say anything negative about him though
And to think that Pelinka and the rest of the org sat patiently - waiting for Kawhi to make a decision - and had to put this team together in a time crunch. And we could add Boogie Cousins to this mix in April. And we have a baby Greek Freak in the GLeague. Mood.
Not Shannon. A@peacelivehappy Dec 5 New Balance is the official shoes for all hospitals across the U.S - @ShannonSharpe Kawhi Leonard gave his shoes to a Kid and the kid gave them back- @ShannonSharpe
Just when you think they may have a let down, 39 pts in the 1st - 68% shooting Feels like this team has too much fun kicking ass to have a let down, they may actually win 60-65 games
Woo. LBJ hang gliding dunk flying away from the rim. That's sick. That would've been sick 10 years ago. Drug test coming tomorrow
50 for AD. And a real 50. Not a shitty Harden 50 where the guy makes 24 free throws. Horton-Tucker NBA debut
AD got his all over the floor, in all different ways. No traveling, step back, induce a 4 point play BS and then complain about a missed dunk call in a game you lose in double OT while shooting like 30% from the floor 50. God I hate the Rockets organization.
I always knew AD was really good but apparently I didn't know just quite how good he was until he joined the Lakers. Man is amazing.
If the Bucks keep their streak alive when they play us they have a chance to set a team record for consecutive wins vs us. Of course the Bucks broke our 33 game win streak which would be fascinating.
Think we're well positioned to deal with Giannis because of our paint protection, and he won't be able to just roam around on the other side of the floor, will have to defend against more threats than usual and a team that moves the ball and plays unselfishly. It'll be a good test for Giannis and I'm interested to see how he handles it because we should prime players for his services around the corner. But we need him/Milwaukee to not make the Finals and lose to us because I doubt he's willing to be Durant - lose and join the team he lost to in the playoffs. Somebody in the east has to step up..maybe it'll be Miami?
Horton-Tucker's handle looked pretty damn tight out there in that small amount of action. If his jumpshot comes along, AD may have another potential long term partner in crime @ guard outside of Caruso. Norvell waiting in the wings, as well. Hard to say when they'll get their shot, but they look to be talented, tough matchups..Norvell with the look of another crafty lefty in the action that we've seen. For a team with heavy vet presence, there's currently more young talent in the org in comparison to what we had surrounding Shaq and Kobe back then. We pretty much only had a young Fish in that core and even he wasn't all that young @ 25-27..I guess Caruso is in that realm @ 25. Devean George was eh - OK, I guess. Think the kids above can be better than D.George, but we'll see
