Gruden is a used car salesman. Very charismatic guy that can make you believe just about anything he says but he's never been more than average as a coach. He's never built anything in his life....his big accomplishment came with Dungy's players and once they fizzled out, we saw the end result with Tampa. Kicked to the curb where he rebuilt his image at ESPN as a "QB guru" yet he only developed 1 good QB in his entire coaching career...Gannon. This is already a disaster and only going to get worse. At least the Vegas aspect will be entertaining.
He's definitely never built anything and hopefully it stays that way. Hire somebody to make better draft picks than Reggie McKenzie, but keep McKenzie to handle free agency and the salary cap. We'll see if that happens. Doesn't sound as if McKenzie is going anywhere, even after all the reports of he and his scouts losing influence
