    Dave has got a problem with trying to get more out of a pitcher than they really have to effectively give...
    The other side of the coin though, is with the starters provided him, Dave has to squeeze more innings if he can. He really has no choice.
    Our starters are fucking pathetic with pitch count and innings...

    The scenario: our offense will do zero from here on out, effectively go to sleep.
    The takeaway will be that we beat two scrubs that Baker threw out there as bodies, and still barely won one of the games.
    When we faced one their best, we did nothing, and only scored on a dropped ball by the transvestite CF.

    They likely couldn't (or wouldn't) use him in back to back games. He would be useless in the playoffs if that's their plan.

    If the FO (who I love...mostly) and the coaching staff were actually counting on him then it's on them if the bullpen isn't good enough (again).

    I've been told we have the best bullpen ERA. Smoke and mirrors?

    The number 5 hitters for the 2017 Dodgers have collectively hit .206 with a slugging percentage in the .300's.
    Glad we didn't get JD Martinez. Especially since Granderson is far superior defensively
