    Dodgers actually score and that run doesn't matter. I'm annoyed at Hanley, but we've had plenty of chances to blow this open against Lincecum, and they didn't. Now it's time to knock out the bullpen.

    Just a couple more innings, and Crawford isn't good enough to justify keeping him for a maybe later AB in the 9th. SVS gives you a Better chance to make more use of this opportunity, and he can play in LF or you put Kemp out there.

    so, not to beat the horse or anything but... Crawford out of the game anyways. I guess saving SVS for a future Pinch hit appearance you hope comes? Couldda just used him there maybe he gets a hit or some shit, its much better odds than Crawford vs. a lefty

    DBags lost 9-0 to the Mets. They now have 13 losses and still no one else has broken double digits. It couldn't be happening to a nicer club.

    At least we still have SVS as a PH for later in the game. I'm not totally in favor of Mattingly's call, but who knows if this thing goes to extra innings, it might be nice to have one extra body on the bench.
