    You don't know what a run and hit is? Don put the runner in motion on a 3-2 pitch. He puts the ball in play, it opens up a lot of possibilities...avoiding a DP, finding a hole on the infield, easily going 1st to third, taking away an easy force, etc. Kemp wasn't obligated to get the greatest jump in the world and A-Gon was not obligated to swing. If Gonzo takes ball 4, it doesn't matter what Molina does. Gonzo swung at a ball way out of the zone and we got burned. It wasn't a straight steal.

    I know what a run and hit is, but it doesnt work if you cant hit... Thats my point... By hit i mean put the ball in play, not eve effective hit...

    Well yeah. Gonzo fucked up. That's why "out by a mile" doesn't exactly fit. Who cares about Molina/Kemp? It was Gonzo's wrong doing.

    Well, it give you another point... DONT WASTE A RUNNER... The way Gonzo has been swinging you cant count on him making any contact, so sending Kemp is borderline suicidal, unless you can assure he can get there anyway which you cant

    Ballgame. The 6th inning strikes again. As good as our pitching has done, the other team continues to get us in the 6th. So sick of our offense. Lance Lynn is really mowing us down? Just like Cahill. And Francis. And Drew Palm, and Kennedy, and Stultz, etc. This is just not fair we have to endure this. Winning this game could change a lot. Losing it, the opposite. Shame on us.
