Nolasco then Greinke, then Kershaw and then Ryu in game 7. It really seems like the cards hate lefty pitching. They've yet to score of of ours(earned run)...CK then Ryu for the WIN!
The difference is we're outhitting them slightly against Wainwright, Kelly and Wacha, while they faced Kershaw, Greinke and Ryu. I don't love the Nolasco idea, but I try it expecting to turn to the pen early and hope we can get to Lynn just as much, like the Teheran/Ryu game.

Lol, just saying I'm not sold on our lineup > theirs so far. But I agree with everything else. I also think (hope) Puig is ready to erupt.
Was really nervous about Ryu after his start vs Atlanta, but he was absolutely amazing tonight. I'll never forget fans from opposing teams questioning Hanley's character and saying he will be bad for our clubhouse after we acquired him. He's turned out to be a leader in the clubhouse and one of the most respected/loved Dodgers in recent memory.

Let's be real here if Matheny was smart and walked Gonzo, Ethier hits into a double play and we never score. Baseball is a game of millimeters.
I am scared about whenever Nolasco pitches, cause pitchers with too much rest might be very dangerous. Look at Ryu vs. Braves as opposed to Ryu today... Huge difference Nolasco is going to have to pitch no matter what, but I see the logic in going with your best whenever you can, and worrying for the future whenever you get there, cause you don't know if you're going to get there. The other small benefit of Greinke tomorrow is the possibility of a Game 7 having Ryu start but also having Greinke on 3 days rest. With Greinke going tomorrow, you have the chance of having him go 2 of the remaining 4 games, with the downside of Nolasco Game 6 being a dangerous one (if it happens)
