Alternate road jersey has "Dodgers" by Associated Press -- 30 minutes ago The alternate road jerseys feature "Dodgers" across the chest for first time since 1998. LOS ANGELES -- The Los Angeles Dodgers will wear a second alternate road jersey this season with the team's nickname on it. The team will start wearing a jersey that says "Dodgers" for its road games during spring training and also when it opens the regular season against Arizona in Australia on March 22. When the franchise moved from Brooklyn to Los Angeles in 1958, the road jersey featured the name Dodgers. Starting the next year, the road jersey said Los Angeles and continued that way through 1969. The team nickname returned to the jersey from 1970-98. The city name has been used from 1999 to the present. The last time the Dodgers wore alternate jerseys was in 2011, when they wore powder blue Brooklyn jerseys for six home games. The "Los Angeles" is good as is, but these grey "Dodger" ones might look better with the white outline. ala:
Nomo was a homo? Nomo the homo? Guy had balls as big as Mt. Fuji, in my opinion. I thought it was just because he was such a great no-hittin' pitcher....little did I know. If Tanaka is anywhere near Nomo, then we made a mistake not signing him. Big one...it's one thing to be great in Japanese BB, another to come to the US and pitch no-nos in both the Nl and the AL. In Coors field yet.
I used to think the same. But it's been s0-0-0 long now as losers, maybe a change will help them. Y'know...the NEW thing....
A debate has broken out about whether or not the letters on a jersey should have a white outline around them, and the players are the gay ones?
and while piazza might not be in cooperstown the gay community regards as a hall of fame catcher off the field :asstomouth:
