Well I’m never going to quit watching. In the first place out of force of habit and in the second a morbid desire to see how far this flaming shipwreck can sink.
should send his punk ass down don't care that he's the reigning roy... not necessarily a roberts fan, but there is no doubt he's doing what he believes is best for the team and you absolutely cannot have players disobeying the manager when the self-serving little ckunt bunted 3-0 against orders, he should have been benched (at the very least) or suspended but when there's no punishment, people (players) will do whatever the fuck they want maybe friedman should "hunker down" and back his manager by disciplining the petulant, entitled bellinger himself ah, who the fuck am i kidding?
we've no lost 5 in a row to (2) teams with a sub .350 winning pct also 8 of the last 9 if we haven't hit rock bottom yet, we're close
beautiful shut down by a scrub with an era over 10, who had given up 13 runs in his last two starts (7 ip combined) and bravo forsythe... it's almost like you never left
Bellinger starting in CF, Pederson to LF and Muncy at 1B. Kemp is in a 2-22 slump since his three consecutive 3-hit games. Belli moving to CF could be an interesting plan if it is potentially longer term. Muncy has been hitting decently so far and if that fizzles, they may be buying time for Rios to come back and get some reps in. Many scouts feel Rios has the bat to be a solid MLB contributor, but he was essentially blocked by Bellinger and can't really handle any other positions. If he can hurry up and get healthy, maybe he would get a shot at the position.
I beginning to think we are a cursed franchise. I have been quiet to avoid a heart attack but that’s it. :yuck:
