Hopefully Muscala and Bullock can handle the bright lights. Solid players, but have seen other guys that were solid at other stops that eventually leave a lot to be desired with LAL. Steve Blake, Ramon Sessions, and Josh McRoberts to name a few in recent years. Opposing teams come out juiced up to play LAL..it's just a different sort of challenge. Muscala has a chance for an immediate revenge game against Philly on Sunday..think he'll play, still not sure. But both Bullock and Muscala are 27yrs old, so you can see that they coveted experience, but young live bodies as well. Moe should benefit from watching Muscala and practicing against him. Muscala-caliber is probably Moe's floor
with Bellicheat and all the Ring holding Patriots watching beat the LA Lambs lost to the LA Lakers bkitches... deal
We really do not want to trade this kid Really. Ingram show nice spurts .. but is too frail NBA take shoulders Kuzma stands when Ingram bounces
Damn I just caught up to read about trading Zubica and Beasley to the Clippers for what? What's a Muscala? Zubica had real promise and a nice shot
Percents are for anal retentive nerds. This is sports. Misses matter way less than makes. When u make the winning shot in the big game nobody cares about your past misses except fucktard nerds.
Zubac has legit promise but u can't give a ring to every girl on your radar. Muscala is a big man that can shoot the 3 and move his feet in the perimeter. Every championship team usually has one of those on the bench. Zubac is a classic center. U need to feed him or else u wasting him. We don't plan to play the kind of offense where he is needed.
Pels should have to pay the tax if they want to do business with LAL this summer. The Kuz tax. They blew it, LAL reportedly will not get into a bidding war for AD, so I imagine that the 1st thing on LAL's agenda come the offseason will be for them to get a firm commitment from Kyrie. Do that even before the draft..which will be tricky since you're not supposed to talk to FAs until July 1st, but Kyrie can handle that himself. When Ainge goes to Kyrie before the draft ( which he will because their plans will shift significantly riding on his decision), Kyrie can just inform Ainge that he's done there and the rest they don't even need to know about. The draft coming before free agency ( unlike the NFL) means everything in this scenario. Ran the numbers and if LAL keeps Kuz out of the deal they would be able to max out Kyrie + give a Marcus Morris $7-8M + have the non-tax payer MLE worth around $9M to give to Rondo. So they could conceivably end up with a core that looks like this..AD/Morris/Kuz/LeBron/Kyrie/Rondo and build it out from there. Try to bring Lance back on the cheap to have a big guard option off the bench, maybe KCP on the cheap as well. Probably just need a serviceable backup big from that point, one that's younger than Chandler. Although, I could see Chandler wanting to return, especially if Kuz sticks around, continue mentoring him and trying to win one for the home team. Pretty much a core with 4 all stars, Rondo being all star caliber when it really matters
I like how all these talking heads are saying " if Boston wins they'll be in good position to keep Kyrie. " Based on what? I mean, we know they're not beating the Warriors, so that's out. But still and all, Kyrie went to the Finals with LeBron and requested a trade the same summer
If they don't fire Luke and give the team to Shaw so he can let Lonzo and the kids run then Luke better come in and regulate. The team is now way deep. PG: Rondo, Lonzo, Caruso SG: Bullock, KCP, Hart SF: Ingram, Lance, Bonga PF: LeBron, Kuzma, Wagner C : Muscala, Javale, Chandler
Even though Ingram missed the game winner, I'm glad he didnt take the easy way out and pass I hope he keeps taking the shot Hopefully the deadline was the best thing to happen to him Need to be great Missed shots are eventually going to turn into made shots... even though they will be in a Pels jersey Don't fail too long nor in the same way and you can stay a laker
Celtics co-owner Pagliuca couldn't even look Rondo in the eye when he shook his hand after the game. Bum. Lol And LeBron's been kicking the Celtics' ass for so long, he now feels like a natural Laker after that game. LAL must go at least 6-4 over the next 10 games....5th toughest schedule left, playoffs begin early for LAL, Denver/Portland/OKC/Houston don't want these 1st round problems
Same here. I was not mad at the misses. He went hard and made the right play. Playing like that is what gives the team the momentum that has the ball land in Rondos hands for the buzzer beater.
Boston's "great" young core can't hold onto a 28 point lead vs the tanking Clippers after Kyrie exits the game. L o l.
