He's an all star and the NBA's most improved player. But I agree with you. He's not the best player on a team that wins anything. Pels are going to be a luxury tax team with very little chance of winning more than 1 playoff series.
sounds like he took less to be here so that's a good sign haven't followed the nba much so to see a young improving player clear on his role is refreshing did he choke or was that a team fail?
Harrell isn’t the best pickup, but the shear fact that the Clips wanted and needed him more than we did, and he came to us is icing on the cake. He has limitations, but I put him as an upgrade to Dwight and certainly McGee but in the “play small and fast” mode when the Lakers match up with a smaller quicker team. He’s more versatile. At this point, we need a wing D guy who can guard the 3, and any oaf of a guy to guard the rim.
Sure he'll just bathe in the excellence of LBJ and AD and come out fresh Clips problems..no leadership and their best players aren't alpha's. Had a bunch of vets that didn't know how to handle themselves during the good and the bad. Not an issue with LAL. LBJ is too vocal, too focused with AD right behind him. Would be very surprised if Harrell didn't fall in line..and stay in line
Dude, Flips in desperation mode. Just re-signed Morris for an absurd 4 years and $64 million. Morris! My god, the Flips ARE cursed.
We should take a gamble on Cousins. He’ll do it for the vet min and is the 5 we need. He can start when he’s ready.
AD and LBJ are basically Ray Lewis and Ed Reed on defense when both are locked in. And now Harrell with a 7'4" wingspan gets to play alongside them and fill lanes in transition when they get stops on the defensive end. So crazy Vogel said they were a fast breaking team, but this is about to be next level with Schroder and Harrell joining a defensive minded team. Harrell may end up being reminiscent of Worthy running the floor, catching and finishing. My mind is blown
#RingerNBA@ringernba Clipper fans watching the Lakers sign Trezz for 19 mil but the Clips got stuck paying Marcus Morris 64 mil
