    I'm thinking he'd want a lot based on the fact that he's Ruben Amaro, Jr., and that Philly would burn if they traded away their two (or three if Utley is involved) for less than a great haul.

    I like how Amaro's short and long term plans on whether or not to go for it this year and/or restocking the farm system are contingent upon another team agreeing with his assessments of Rollins and Hamels. So if no one else thinks Rollins is one of the best SS's in baseball he's going to go for a WS instead?

    I really wish I knew what Friedman's plan is. It's troubling that other teams are dealing, setting up meetings with pitchers and free agents, but it is radio silence on the Dodger front. An extra starter would be enough for me. A Hanley replacement in terms of a big bat would be nice.

    I know easier said than done, but the silence is killing me
