    I agree, it's an issue the Twins need to take care of. But seeing as the Dodgers are invested in the deal as well, it's not out of the question that they step in to make sure it works.

    It would be awkward if the deal fell through and Maeda, Verdugo, Stripling, and Joc have to report to Dodgers camp.

    The Boston media has been calling on the Red Sox to nix the deal and some national guys are joining in citing Verdugo’s “troubled past”.

    I would suggest not celebrating til this is over as while there is belief that the deal will be completed, this thing is getting ugly.

    I think it's bullshit for Boston to see the medicals, want the player in spite of the medicals but still request more. Either they want him or they don't. It opens up too many questions.

    We've seen this episode before. Padres/Preller seeing Kemp's medicals and red-flagging his hips, holding up the trade

    Deal eventually got done. Have waited almost all off-season for one cannon to fire - I can wait a couple more days

    Assuming there are no drastic changes between now and opening day, is Turner slated to stick at third base for 2020? I know some have said Muncy grades out pretty well there, but his throwing motion from the corner scares me. I know Turner has gotten a little sloppy over there, but I still think he can be a good third baseman for at least one more year.

    Do the Dodgers manage Lux in a way that helps prevent hitting a wall in October like some of our other rookies have in the past?
