Cheer up. Randle lookin like a real force in limited action. Rebound, pushin it on the break, around the back to himself, no-look pass to Kobe for the 3? There he goes lookin like Magic Lamar James again. Smh

Sweet play...I'm so excited to watch the young guys grow this year.

Side note...did you notice Kyle Lowry? Holy shit, I want to know what he did in the offseason....looks like a whole different person.

Expect that to happen... Randle grew up playing point forward and did the same for Prestonwood Academy. In fact coming out of high school, his handle was seen as a major plus.

It will cause a lot of great matchups for the Lakers secondary break.

And for all the flack he gets about not finishing with his right hand, he has no problem driving right and making floaters count. His touch looks good from 13 feet and in. Next up..improving his feel for catching and shooting from 15 feet and out.

But it looks like he's gonna give teams that " damned if you, damned if you dont " scenario quite a bit. They want to back off him and force him to shoot, but really all that does is allow him to put the ball on the floor and build momentum/gain steam toward the basket. And he has enough shake/craftiness in his game to avoid charging and enough experience as a ball handler to know when to pass. Like Russell said the dude is a problem. I hope Russell's 3 point shot keeps developing because Randle's skillset combined with Clarkson's game is gonna allow Russell to play off the ball quite a bit.

    in a perfect world...

I'm just not willing to get too invested into the Lakers yet

until they show me some defensive hustle and start stringing together W's

    ...
    ...
and even then... NOT until the Dodgers wrap this season.. with a ring

Great quote from one of the USC forums that I'm active in....sad for USC and the Dodgers

USC is the Dodgers- A Ferrari driven by a 10 year old, but at least the Dodgers 10 year old driver is sober.

End zone seats blow. When I go to games, I always sit between the 40's probably like 20 rows back, not to close, great view.

Yeah, it was probably closer than I would've liked. But still sick.

And turns out the girl who comes to sit in the seat right next to me (out of 93 K) I went to HS with. Small ass world.

Look, I know ESPN is trying to stir things up, but Kobe is ranked 93 in terms of best players, and a rookie KAT is 75 and has done squat didley yet in the NBA? That's a joke.

Rookies, in my opinion, do not deserve to be on that list until a full season has been played.

When the fuck did the Utes become ranked 5th. Oregon looking mediocre?? SC and UCLA losing winable games? Could it be that we have parity in the Pac 12?

    How is UCLA the Clippers?

For the record I couldn't care any less about college sports. But UCLA is a storied, total class institution.

There goes Jamaal Charles. Wonder if it's the same knee that he blew out a few years ago

That reminds me, that Chubb injury from yesterday was nasty. 2 years in a row for Georgia
