Bills was in the on deck circle, but when they showed Guerrier, you knew Bills was done kennedy of course did nothing and guerrier gave up a run. he barely had time to warm up limited options as of now, but lose Kennedy and add Matt Angle. For those saying Jansen woudl be better as a closer, Javy would have had to face the 2-3-4 in the lineup and Jansen the 5-6-7 Jansen handled the better part of the lineup, Guerra just blew one.

Even though Mattingly made what could be construed as a "bad move", the PH situation is atrocious on the team, and it will haunt us all year, even maybe cost us a post season spot...unless they do something about it. Look at his guy Tokkarras...he's been doing it all year. If we've got that guy on the bench, DBB is a genius...but we sure don't. Not even close. Even though Guerrier came in on DBB's call, sucked immediately and gave up a go ahead run, even though Matt did nothing offensively, even though he did some bad shit dfensively, even though Gordon looked like a twerp out there....we went into the bottom of the ninth ahead, by virtue of Ethier's heroics. And all we needed to do was get 3 outs from Guerra, no matter what came before. If he would have left Bills in, we still would have seen Guerrs in the 9th. And he sucked. That's it. we coulda and shoulda won, and he let them get the W instead, no matter what came before it.
