    roberts today was non-commital about lux starting at SS opening day, saying “i don’t know”
    personally i’d be okay with rojas at short
    miggy plays good D and there should be plenty of orher guys able to carry the team offensively
    can’t afford to have a SS who can’t throw the ball to 1B, especially with muncy at 3B as you two alluded

    I guess the plan is to have such an overwhelmingly high scoring offense that glaring lack of ability in very key places is compensated.

    and why does he need to comment in the press about things that should be handled in house?

    i mean, the move even makes sense maybe from what we've been seeing so far, but to hash it out publicly isn't right
    i don't see any other managers discussing things like this on MTR or anywhere else
    just talk to your guys and make your moves because its your choice and your team
    its like he wants everyone to know how deep his thoughts are
