Dave Roberts said both Gavin Stone and Michael Grove will be going to Korea. No decision has been made on the fifth starter spot yet. James Paxton won’t be going to Korea due to scheduling, since he wouldn’t pitch in either the exhibition or regular season games.

Playing just two games with plenty rest before after means no reason to carry a ton of starters yet you still have to watch the count of call ups !!! I still think that is a thing. Right now I would play Lux almost every day and give Bett extra days to work on D

Love to see one or two of the young guys grab one of the starting spots. They've got this stacked farm system, but seem to rely on retreads to fill out the rotation every year.

I'm having a tough time getting up for this season. I'm still not over losing to San Diego in 2022, let alone Arizona last year. Yes, I acknowledge and appreciate all the FO's moves this winter - what fan wouldn't? Yet it's the move they didn't make that I can't help but believe will haunt us again this September. I know, I'm beating a dead horse at this point. The guy is a puppet for the front office, and as long as Mr. Permanent-For-Now continues to say "yes sir" to all their requests, why wouldn't they keep their token of wokeism in that role? It's just that we have more than enough data at this point to know that he's not a leader, not a motivator, and not a strategist. With every postseason disappointment, save one pandemic-shortened year, we can easily find players to point the finger at for the team coming up short, but at what point do the powers-that-be realize that there's only one common denominator? I know this is just a rant, and once the real games start I'm sure I'll be back in full fan mode, but I swear, when they're about to lock up the division later this season, as they should, I'm going to tune out for a few days, because the VERY FUCKIN LAST THING I want to see again is The Scarecrow leading them in another round of champagne popping to celebrate a division win.

In an effort to balance the negativity of my last post, let's say that Glasnow posted a mighty fine pitching line today. Yeah, it's spring training, but at least he faced something close to the Gnats opening day lineup. He's got the talent and the motivation... if he keeps the health, this could be a great year for him.

So how many are worried about our 300 M pitcher. I know I know spring training but boy I guess we will learn more next week!!! But he has sure struggled last two starts.
I did not agree with the Heyward love he was okay at times. But didn’t see him having a continues rebound at his age.

Makes you wonder if that pitch tipping issue that came up in Yamamoto's first start is still a concern.
