I'm looking at the box score, which credits him with 6 LOB. He only had three ABs, and the third one led off the inning. So he had to have had 3 LOB in each of his first two ABs. https://www.mlb.com/gameday/dodgers...nal,lock_state=final,game_tab=box,game=491497
it does three were on base to start the at bat and he didn't convert so it's 3 lob pretty sure it's the same if you hit a [would be] sac fly and the guy gets thrown out at the plate
Charlie Blackmon just left the Rockies game after grabbing his hamstring... that could be murder for their season.
I like this. Not that I like players getting hurt, but this is something the Dodgers have had to deal with year after year... plus I really don't want to run into the Rockies in the playoffs.
Honestly, has to be over 20 pitches they have added to his count today from not being able to field for shit.
I don't think it is going to happen, the Cubs turned on the light switch and the Rockies pen is sputtering. Cubs and D'Backs in a one game would be really interesting.
If the Cubs do enough to pass the Rockies, they will probably also do enough to pass the Brewers. It could come down to the Rockies/Brewers for the final WC.
yeah that would suck for them that dude is their heart and soul and, arguably, best player Nolan Arenado does not agree with any of this.
Damn, I did not realize that the Brewers were sputtering like that out the gate. You are right, they probably knock the Brewers out and it could be the Brewers and Rockies vying for that spot. Cards/Pirates and Reds all being potential sellers could loosen things up in that division even more.
They are scuffling but the Cubs have had it easy since the break getting the O's and Braves. They have the Cardinals next and now Bryant aggravated his ankle and is day to day.
