    Yeah, this season has been a complete joke in that regard. Sick of all these misdiagnoses and mishandling of injuries.

    It's just bad luck and I don't know if anything could have been done but I'm not therapist or part of the medical staff. Having said that in 88' we had our best athlete essentially out of the playoffs and we won, something to keep in mind. If Dre isn't ready roam CF do we put him in right and Yasiel in his place?

    I doubt it. FO is stupid. They'd rather call up scrubs like Castellanos and Buss. Sure, Joc was not on the 40 man roster, but how is that a problem? If they wanted to, they would have made room. They didn't. Just stupid and a complete waste of talent.

    so, bench:
    FedEx, Punto, MYoung, SVS, Skip (if Ethier is healthy)

    You got one more spot for Hairston or Dee if Ethier is healthy, and if Ethier isn't then it's Hairston AND Dee.

    Ugh.

    Theres nothing he, or anyone coulda done this time around. Well, I guess the play at the plate that injured the ankle coulda been different.

    Just sucks ass. Man oh man, Tuesdays work out with Ethier is gonna be HUGE.

    I'm not sure what they do here, it's very difficult. I think if Ethier can be back by Sunday for Game 3 we can use Skip for Game 1 vs Medlen, who in a very SSS he's hit well against, and then SVS against the lefty in Game 2 with Puig in CF, although that's an adventure in itself. We shall see.

    Well they would have had to DL someone or have released someone and I don't remember hearing of a team dumping someone for a guy who is not only young but inexperienced this late in the season. We are going to rely on our pitching anyway.
