Or hard work. I've posted before that with advances in protein technology one as young and full of testosterone like Puig should have zero troubles getting that big, add to that that his race naturally has many more fast-twitch muscle fibers as compared say my slow white ass. Creatine, mass gainer protein, pre-workout supplements that hype your body like meth are all things that even an average joe like me can take, and have taken. I work full time in a physical job and have a lot of family commitments that people who are getting paid to play a sport don't. Working out IS their job. Add in the best trainers and facilities money can buy and there is no excuse for a player not to look like that unless they don't want to. Give me two months off work and money for my diet and I could still get that big. The only problem for me is the effectiveness of having so much mass in a ball sport. My golf swing lately looks like I'm a fucking robot. I am getting less distance and accuracy than my former lean muscle which was nowhere near as bulky. For me anyway, a more lean muscle figure was far more effective, but each tot heir own I guess.
I thought the sarcasm on my post was obvious, but Im with you. These guys job is to be fit, even more Puig that hasnt been playing ball in almost 2 years.
^In that picture Puig looks like he is standing at the 3B position but I know it's just an optical illusion.
