Silver Screen & RollVerified account@LakersSBN 3h3 hours ago Jamal Crawford says the Lakers, Sixers and Warriors have shown "interest" in him, but none have made a formal offer.
Crawford, Allen, Bynum, Bosh, Wade, and Swaggy P..one game of 21, winner gets the last spot Jeanie will announce the winner on her new podcast
Silver Screen & RollVerified account@LakersSBN 4h4 hours ago Kawhi Leonard is reportedly not swayed by the ‘mystique’ of the Lakers and is more likely to sign with the Clippers or Raptors next summer. I would say the Lakers probably have Kawhi in 3rd place as well, behind Durant and Klay.
Sources saying Durant to the Lakers next year is a lock. Makes sense. The fact that Durant's salary starts at 38.2M, and then Deng goes and helps LAL open up that exact amount of cap space by agreeing to that buyout is pretty telling. " Just like LeBron planned his move a year or more earlier, Durant is doing the same right now. " Definitely wouldn't shock me. With all of things that were being leaked last offseason about LeBron's plans..fans were still in denial and didn't really start to believe what Woj was reporting about LeBron/LAL until Kyrie got traded. Couldn't deny it after that. The Deng dismissal and how it opened the exact amount needed to ink Durant to his max is almost like Kyrie getting traded. Durant to LAL is almost undeniable, although many will try. GSW wins it all this year, gives Durant 3 rings to match LeBron and they ride it out together for LAL and empty the clip. LA starts celebrating titles again no later than 2020. I don't know what the Rams and Dodgers are going to do in the near future, but I know that if Durant does join LeBron, Ingram, Kuz, Zo, Hart, Beas, Svi, Moe, etc. LAL is going to win it all x 3 ( at least).
Mighty big "IF" and I don't know how many ego's LeBoner permits in his presence but maybe "IF".. then that would be all sorts of goodness
I'm on record calling Buuuulshit on this one from the get go. Wanting "to come to LA" does NOT mean the Clippers We can agree here
One other superstar ego is permitted. And timing couldn't be better given that Boston is good again. I fear that if the Warriors don't win it all this season, that Boston will win another title - 18. And their chances are probably better than most think given that the Warriors' cast has played a lot of basketball year after year
May be his camp trying to get out in front of not being LAL's main guy, or maybe trying to push LAL to make a trade offer. Either way, Clippers/Jerry eat last. They're nothing.
Most hated and most loved at the same time. Definitely fine with it. Sort of the usual when they're good. There's enough Laker nation forces nationwide to buffer or fight the hate anyway, will always be that way. Plus, they're just irrelevant if nobody's hating or paying them any attention..rule of thumb in everything
Shaq was annoying. In and out of shape. But it's probably tough to stay in shape year round when you're naturally big and getting beat up like 100+ games a year. He didn't help himself by pigging out though. I guess eating made him happy
Only prominent LAL I was ever so close to hating was Dr. Buss. SOB kept trying to trade Worthy. And almost succeeded both times. Worthy was going to Dallas for Magic's BFF Aguirre and druggy Tarpley until their owner backed out at the last second. And then Philly's owner pulled the plug on Worthy for Barkley when it was basically done. I remember when LAL was ready to ditch Pau..all good. Worthy? Nah.
You don't win in 2008 without The Spaniard. I always heard The Logo put the clamps on the proposed Worthy deals.
i remember the worthy talk too so glad that never came to fruition big game james was just that, and an integral part of the showtime lakers
