It is not about building a profit generating business anymore. It is about building a production generating business that provides sufficient profit while mitigating most risk.

6 bunches of cilantro, 2 clove of smashed garlic, 2 spoons of jalapeno vinegar or 1 juiced lime in a food processor or blender with a little bit of olive oil or water as needed to create a good mix. Fold that into any amount of avocado that you have with a spoon into a fine saucy paste. This is good for taquitos or dipping with chips. It allows you to stretch a few avocados into a lot of sauce. Cilantro/parsley based sauces alone are pretty good and extend and enhance the flavor of avocado pretty nicely.
nah this is a fresh sauce but honestly 99% of the time I make guac i just mash the avocado with a fork and add some salt and thats it. maybe some pepper and cilantro and tomato if they are already out and chopped for something else. it will rarely ever get more complex than that unless its for a party and you want to extend the avocado out with inexpensive cilantro sauce.
Post your preferred recipe for guacamole, I'd appreciate it. Like I stated, this is literally something I am going to incorporate everyday going forward. I got the stuff Irish said but I am going to make rubes preferred method of an avocado and salt tomorrow for snack. Seems easiest and I am a simple man who knows eating isn't something I need to enjoy. I fell off the wagon of eating healthy and exercising due to shit that has happened to me in my personal life lately but I need to get back on my horse. Btw, Blazer, you were absolutely right in calling me out a couple or few years ago on father's day. Somebody, maybe codge, talked about spending a wonderful day with their children and I shit on the holiday entirely a couple posts later. Completely self centered and displaying a bitterness that I still haven't gotten over. The message didn't go unnoticed on my part even though I didn't acknowledge it at the time or even admit to myself that you were right.
I basically use what Irish posted but with salt , pepper, garlic and a little paprika. Try adding some tapatio or cholula as well. And no worries man. I honestly don’t remember the post but you do, so it must have stuck with you. We all do shit we think upon later. Im not immune to it thats for sure. Enjoy the mighty avocado!
