Shams Charania✔@ShamsCharania The Lakers have been granted a disabled player exception worth $1.75M from the NBA for the expected season-ending ACL injury to DeMarcus Cousins, league sources tell @TheAthleticNBA @Stadium. It expires on March 10, 2020.
Man. Bronny is dunking just a little too easily for a kid just making it to high school. It's not like he's 6'5" or anything..yet. Just sayin. He seems to be super bouncy like his old man. I know his nutrition has to be A1, being LeBron's kid. Listed @ 6'2" just entering high school, so 6'7" seems doable. May be a monster in the making. Looks like Sierra Canyon has a Yao Ming too Lol
Yep, so Iggy says he's not showing up in Memphis. Already made too much $$$ and accomplished too much for that bit of fuckery. Semi-retirement it is, until they either trade him to a contender or buy him out. He's cool sitting out most of the season until playoff time..interested teams are probably cool with that as well. Memphis media members are lashing out because he laughed at the trade to Memphis Lol
Dave McMenamin@mcten The Lakers announce that Kyle Kuzma will be out until at least mid October with a foot injury Mike Trudell@LakersReporter LAL release: Kyle Kuzma is progressing with his rehabilitation from an injury (stress reaction, left foot) that occurred while he was with USA Basketball. He has not been cleared for full practice or game participation. He is scheduled for an MRI when the team returns from China.
The Miami Herald has reported that if Beal does indeed become a free agent in 2021, the Heat, Los Angeles Lakers and Los Angeles Clippers would be leading contenders for Beal’s services, according to an associate who’s close to Beal. “Beal — who feels some measure of loyalty to the Wizards, according to the associate — has not given the Wizards any indication that he wants to leave, and the Wizards would not consider making him available in trade talks unless it becomes clear to them that they would lose him in free agency in 2021,” wrote Jackson. “The associate said if Beal opts for free agency in 2021, the Heat will receive strong consideration, as would the Los Angeles teams and potentially a few others. But the Heat is definitely on his radar if he decides to move on from the Wizards — a decision that has not yet been made, according to the associate.”
