Oh so you want a meta Lakers lineup. Ok. PG: LeBron = Magic + HIV+ SG: Caruso = Byron - Melanin SF: Kawhi = Worthy + Cooper PF: Kuzma = Horry + Club Ced C : Davis = Gasol + Mychal + Testosterone MLE to Beverly = The Next Derek Fisher Min to Ariza = Bigger Older Slower Eddie Jones Min to Melo = Lamar Odom After Crack and Kardashian Rehab or at bet Bob Mcadoo Min to Dudley = Black Kurt Rambis Min to Vince = One Legged 45 Year Old Kobe Bryant Min to Rondo = MENSA Version of Smush Parker Min to Lance = Terry Teagle
I'm sure either LeBron gave AD an advisory movie credit or Rich Paul already hooked him up with a 4MM energy drink endorsement. Don't worry about AD missing any money.
Marc SteinVerified account@TheSteinLine Things change fast in #thisleague: With free agency a day and change away, it's the Lakers who have convinced Las Vegas -- and an increasing number of league insiders -- that they are LA's true threat to limiting Kawhi Leonard's Raptors career to a single season. Not the Clippers Marc SteinVerified account@TheSteinLine How high is the bar for the Clippers now? They might not only have to beat out Toronto … they might have to convince Kevin Durant to choose the Clippers to then convince Kawhi to choose the Clippers over the Lakers. League sources insist that the Laker threat is that significant Marc SteinVerified account@TheSteinLine The next week is going to absolutely fascinating on the Kawhi front alone. The Clippers have to beat out the newly minted champions and the lords of Los Angeles. The Lakers, meanwhile, firmly believe they've got Toronto (and anyone else) beat in the Kawhi Sweepstakes. #madness
Bleacher Report NBAVerified account@BR_NBA 3h3 hours ago Darren Collison has retired from the NBA after 10 seasons, per @MarcJSpearsESPN What?
I'm trying not to get too excited but there seems to be sooooo much momentum for Kawhi joining the Lakers.....what an unreal trio that'd be....
Wow, that came out of nowhere. Could still start for some teams and be solid a backup for a contender.
Just look at this click whore. As if Kawhi is really going to waste a couple years waiting for Durant to get back to normal - if he gets back to normal. If they're talking at all, it's probably Durant trying to scare Kyrie into coming to NYK because Kyrie could be SOL if LAL lands Kawhi and Durant doesn't go to Brooklyn. " Story soon. " Cocksucker. Adrian WojnarowskiVerified account@wojespn Reporting w/ @RamonaShelburne: Kevin Durant and Kawhi Leonard have been discussing free agent scenarios that could include a future with them playing together. For now, there are two clear possibilities for them to sign into the same franchise: Clippers and Knicks. Story soon.
Weird. His shooting has been getting better and better and shooting is more valuable than ever. He could've gotten $8-10M per from somebody
LAKERSWORLD@LakersWorld_16 Brian Windhorst says free agents are ‘lining up to play’ for the #Lakers. " There are guys out there that are lining up to play for the Lakers, even on minimum contracts. "
I swear, Klay's injury looked like a MCL tear, not ACL. Especially looking at the inside of his knee as he walked to the locker room. MCL would be far more damaging and I definitely don't trust GSW to report the injury accurately after the Durant debacle
MCL isn’t as bad as an ACL (in terms of recovery time). I know his knee bent in instead of out and that makes you think MCL, but even reliable doctors like pro football doc suspected it was his ACL he tore right after it happened
That report makes absolutely no sense. Woj is clearly on a Laker hater bent since he seems locked out from the Laker FO. Woj has been struggling on the Laker front for some time now
Reports or records? The other day Iguodala actually admitted that GSW falsified the media report of his injured leg in the past, said they reported it as a bruise when it really was a fracture, but that didn't have anything to do with a trade. I just don't trust GSW. Can't think of any examples off the top of my head when it comes to falsified medical records in a trade, but there's probably been one or two instances. There was definitely a ton of jokes at Philly's expense back when the Lakers foisted Bynum and his degenerative knees onto them. LAL skated away clean there Wasn't speaking to recovery time, but he is out a long while and that does point to the ACL being involved. I just think it could have been more damaging than they reported. I don't trust them, and they know Klay is superhuman and will come back early if he has to. If the MCL was involved at all ( and it looked that way), much like the interior of any structure, losing it's integrity leaves you severely compromised. Definitely, whenever I see that knee bend inward I suspect the MCL. And again, the way his knee actually looked walking to the locker room, it looked MCL'ish. You could tell the interior of his knee had seen trauma
