I would have to say no... This isn't a must win game and bringing back your number one on short rest could back fire in mutilble ways.. I mean the Dodgers and fans wants this to end tonight and not go back to the ATL, but the rotaion as a hole the Dodgers have this...

No. Thank god Grienke is backing us up on game 5, otherwise I would have went mental.

But, I do admire the move? (Yes, question mark).

Yes. The right move and it's not even close. Greinke is the pivotal piece that makes this a no-brainer.

Depends, when does the NLCS start?

If Kersh can still start game 1 of NLCS on normal rest then yes if not then no.

I don't think they'd do this if we didn't have Greinke.

It really depends on the outcome that you're looking for.

The goal is to win. Kershaw puts us in the best position to win this game.

eh, I wouldn't have done this. I'd rather have CK at 100% going INTO Atlanta, then waste his start at home at 75%. Also, if we're going to pitch CK on short rest, I'd rather do it in the next round, where perhaps we can squeeze in 3 starts (1-4-7). Now he'll start game 2 probably assuming we make it, and this will push him out of the possibility of 3 starts. I feel like Mattingly manages scared all the time, and he's scared even tho he's up 2-1.

That said, I'm not pissed at this either. It is what it is. I understand the logic, just don't agree with it.

It's only gonna suck if this goes 5 and they advance, because Ryu would likely start game 1 in the NLCS.

I have no idea, but if Kershaw walked into my office and said he's good to go, I start him. On the other hand, if we somehow lose this game, it's a disaster.

DBB can't do this. Kershaws job is secure, Donnie's isn't. Win lose or draw Clayton doesn't answer for decision.

I was for it. Put this thing to rest. However, the pitch limit/Beli shit negated almost all of the point of this. If you're going to pitch Kershaw, let him pitch like Clayton Kershaw. Putting him in this game then letting him half-start was pointless. Kershaw should have been the bridge to Wilson and Jansen.

Things turned out pretty damn well though, so I'm over it.
