The Warriors used to have this whole media blitz in the Bay Area that they "were all family."

There was like a Christmas themed version....that's how the sports radio channels were saying the team was ad nauseam. The team is soooooo deep and they all know each other so well. The chemistry is through the roof.

Well it turns out they were more like prostitutes paid to do their job and all replaced by a prettier one.

Now those same channels are saying the bench is a problem, no rebounding, no strength or length. Well a problem of their own making.

Of course they will win a ton of games, but you won't see anyone happier if this experiment blows up in their face. Trust me, having gone through that with the Kobe-Howard-Nash, and the Malone-Payton-Kobe-Shaq fiascos, a little schaudenfreude is appropriate.

 

And if it does blow up in their face there could be some quick changes with Steph in his contract year and Durant able to opt out after this year, or even Klay could be moved.
Lakers almost had Klay 4 yrs ago, but the Warriors didn't feel good about Dwight's chances of re-signing - even with Jerry West around.
And Klay is just a loner in general, doesn't get into all that other stuff like Durant and Draymond, they tease him about being distant quite a bit - reportedly.
I could see Klay being like " bump this. " ( because he wouldn't curse)

Myles Turner with 30 at the center spot, George with 25, Teague with 20, Monta with 19..wouldn't shock me if Turner joined George/Teague as an all-star this year
