    Apparently he failed the test around the ASB and decided to appeal which is why the delay

    if the math is right he could conceivable come back at the playoffs if they make it. but im not sure.

    I wouldn't count them out just yet. Sometimes teams grow closer through bad times. We did OK when Manny went to baseball prison, they may have a Juan Pierre somewhere to pick them up.
