Didn't even know who Wood was before he got traded here. Was excited that posters thought it was a steal and this guy could pitch. I've seen nothing but crap from this guy.

I hate our rotation. I hope Ryu comes back strong. Kershaw, Kenta and Ryu can pitch. Hopefully Kazmir, Wood, Anderson, etc. never sniff a post season game (should we make it). They're all 5 starters. Kazmir a 4 on a good day. Eff these guys.
I still have to wonder.....is this FO okay with Wood's inconsistency, Kazmir's ups and downs, and Stripling limited pitch count as our best effort at a SP rotation? They know they wont have Ryu ready, and if he makes it this season, it may not matter at that point. I'm not even talking about Baez, Hatcher or Howell's issues......that is a whole other story. But this SP rotation worries me.
same and like @fsudog21 mentioned earlier, too many fat pitches i thought at the time but for the same reason i didn't care
You know what this FO reminds me of? They are like the baseball version of Pawn Stars or American Pickers. They either roam around god forsaken parts of the country, talking to crazy long haired pack rats that cant even throw away a copy of the New York Times from August 21st, 1954, and try to buy some rusted broken down sign for $20 hoping to sell it to some dope interior decorator for $60. Or they just run some kinda pawn shop for leftovers being sold by desperate people trying to pay off a gambling debt. I'm kinda getting sick of the dumpster diving....especially when you got a gem in Kershaw that has only a limited time being dominate.
Idk. I'm on the fence, leaning heavily towards liking the front office. Might take a few years to really know for sure whether or not they do a good job. But yeah, the bargain bin starting pitchers who are almost good or used to be good can really be tough to watch.
He's gotten significantly worse since he came here, which isn't to say FO removed from blame, but makes you wonder if they didn't correctly predict that he'd already peaked and that his previous good run was a smokescreen Now, we all obviously know it's still early and he was fantastic last time out against the DBacks. But, this isn't just about this season since he was bad with us last year AND Wood doesn't have a long rope to prove himself since reinforcements should be coming in the next couple of months.

in fairness he has had some bright moments but his herky jerky meatballs have overshadowed anything good there where like 40 other options for SP that we never even looked at when that snot eating dominican went to SF for 130 over 6 i was pissed he can be taught to wipe it under the bench like normal people do
