This is entirely due to the Dodgers having 7 healthy pitchers right now and nowhere to put them. It's even a running joke in the clubhouse with the players and beat writers. McCarthy "tweaked his non-throwing shoulder" and took batting practice the next day. There's a reason these guys are coming back right at the end of the 10 days and then someone immediately goes back on. Not to Mention Hill is now gonna be back in 5 days too, so things will be even more congested.
I wonder how long it will take for MLB to change the rules regarding DL usage? MLB can't be happy. The MLBPA probably loves it because it gives us more leeway to hand out major league contracts. I guess... Take advantage while we can, before MLB passes the Zaidi Rule during the next collective bargaining agreement.
i love it when i cant tell if you are not getting something or are getting it but making fun of it by pretending you arent getting it like how john redcorn is sleeping with dales wife and fathered dales son but john redcorn is dales best friend and has been caught by dale numerous times in obvious situations with his wife yet dale never seems to get that he is being cheated on by both his wife and his friend. then again dale gets to be the husband/father who raises redcorns son and has a wife nancy who is forever devoted to dale after her cheating ways get the better of her conscience so maybe dale knows all along and gets it better than most and realizes that if he does not play along and make peace he will end up divorced and throw away what little money he has after he loses his wife and his son and some friends and becomes a miserable sorry piece of man like his friend the divorced Bill.
