Won’t happen. Warriors will max out Klay, and there is no reason to give up a good thing in GS.

Just like the year before Boston proved better without Kyrie.

What GSW fans are telling themselves in order to cope with Durant's departure this offseason. The numbers side with the take, but I'm pretty sure Curry is banged up, and dealing with injuries and inconsistent performance every postseason. Won't let myself get pulled into that fuckery.

They may have a great overall record without Durant, and they certainly do look comfortable without him, but they're less prepared to win a title when he's not there. Whipping Harden/Paul/D'antoni isn't really all that impressive..3 blind mice in terms of their history of knowing how to get it done deep in the playoffs

Yeah, KD is a top 2 or 3 guy in the NBA, so of course you want him.

But I think with the rest of the roster the dubs have, the other guys raise their game and play better team ball without him.

Probably the only team in the NBA that could be better without him.

So when all is said and done and we are remembering the greats of this era will KD be this generations Dominique Wilkins?

I really hope he and CPL and the rest of the Rockets just fade away.

I'm ok with Vogel...but Kidd as an assistant? Hard to root for a dude that beats on women...yuck

I don't get why Kidd is the assistant and Vogel the head coach?

Hilarious . And hilarious that Rocket fans thought they'd go all the way if they beat GSW.
Give me Denver or Portland over Houston. Hell, Dame Lillard has already knocked Harden off in the playoffs before.
Dame has punked all of the LA kids..Harden, George and Westbrook. He's looking for Derozan now

    No way LeBron respects Vogel.
How is he an upgrade over Walton?
Looking like the best we are going to do is max Kemba and then give a bloated 1 year deal with the rest of our cap to Boogie as a salary holder for Anthony Davis the following year.
Vogel probably takes the fall for Jason Kidd once Kidd feels he can handle the job again.

Lonzo has to feel pretty safe as far as trades go, with Kidd on board to develop him.
Eyes and trade pressue turn squarely toward Kuz and sickly kid Ingram.
Vogel was hot a while back with Indy, one of the better up and coming coaches until LeBron/Wade/Bosh/Miami nuked Indy's little home grown fantasy. They put up a hell of a fight, but nope.
Vogel also used to be a scout for LAL, came aboard post-Shaq/pre-Pau..hope he's not part of the reason we had Smush Parker
