    He was struggling against the bottom of the order, not striking people out, and the top of the lineup was coming up for the 3rd time. Wood struggles big time in the 6th inning, especially when they’ve faced him 3rd time through the order. He definitely needed to be pulled

    Saw them in Anaheim in '02 a couple of weeks after the Angels beat the Giants in the Series.

    One of highlights of the show was Sweet Virginia.

    Ah man, I've been stewing over that all day.

    I have zero confidence that Grandal will even make contact in that situation. And Puig seems to GIDP much more than someone with his speed should. On one hand I give him credit for not pulling a Grandal and at least putting the ball in play, but I also have no confidence in him that he's going to get the run home. I've always given Puig my support, but these days supporting him has suddenly become stale to me. Let's get Verdugo some starts and see if it translates to more runs. I have a feeling it will.
