    Nobody saw Smoltz either so what's your point? Similar scenario, Alexander a rental with prospects going to the Braves.

    People are going to bummed about not getting Price/Cueto/Hamels, but I'm pretty happy with how the trade deadline has gone so far.....I'm really surprised the Braves gave us Alex Wood.

    I think most are happy with what's gone on. A lot of people didn't want to give up what needed to be given up for Price. We went into this thing really just needing viable options for a Game 3 in the post...picked up 2 to go along with Anderson.

    Now...we need reliever/8th inning help. Which you could make the argument is as much or more important than finding a Game 3 starter was.
