    Think that's a done deal. 40 man roster is updated on dodgers.com but Beachy is still there but since there is 41 on there it must be official.

    Okay. Devil's advocate. I made the comment that perhaps there was paralysis by analysis in the FO in terms of all the delays in getting Hamels and/or Price and/or Cueto.

    I got shot down.

    So we got none of the above, although with all the players traded, there was still talk Price might come here. No dice.

    The moves made were very intricate, very clever. Real brainiac moves.

    BUT, would it have still been better to get a Hamels and/or Price instead for a top prospect and fillers?

    Did they do the difficult move for the sake of making difficult moves, instead of the "obvious" one.

    Okay, now flame on.

    Your " paralysis by analysis " theory wasn't in regards to Hamels, Price, and Cueto. Or at least that's not how you presented it.





    Funny thing about it all, I used the Kemp deal as a example and then they went out and basically pulled a mini-Kemp deal spending 42M to make guys disappear and get value in Latos/Wood/Peraza.
