    Our problem is we like to take out, grab some Del Taco fries, and watch Netflix whIle we eat it. So even if there are Taquerias in neighboring Hawaiin Gardens, Buena Park, Norwalk, or whatever (not quite shouting distance but not far) the food is cold and soggy by the time we enter the door. And that's the point I was making before about SNA vs where we hang our hats now. We have like a 10 minute window before the food starts getting cold. Count on every red light and Del Taco blowing the operation.

    Mexican food is really taking off in the bigger cities here. Got mates who drive three hours once a month to go grab some. You guys are making me hungry as shit.

    i will eat absolutely any food on the face of the earth once
    at mexican restaurants i will eat birria, tamales, tripe, and love when they get creative w mango, pineapple, pear, guava etc
    and love cooked peppers and the different salsas etc
    no one makes birria or spices their asada the same
    its a joy to have a taste explosion and imo mexican, thai and indian lead the pack is shear palate fireworks

    Oh shame on you. You should be banned. Microwave something (any food, not just Mexican) that was grilled or baked fresh and turn it into soggy slop? If any ingrdient is supposed to be crisp, I don't microwave. Not even for 10 seconds.

    Even if I have cold fast food fries, I don't microwave them. I turn the oven to brouil and put them on a cookie sheet to bake for a few minutes. Never microwave.
