Its not just Harvey, the end is coming hard. The future is here.
A slew of movie people have been fired from the companies they started.
Including most of the movie/geek message boards/blogs.
I remember when I saw this shit happening in my mind and went back and scrubbed DSP a few times.
An accidental database wipe here, a deleted few years of posts there... hey isnt it time for another DSP fresh start?
I remember guys that used to cream their pants in print for Natalie Portman when she did Leon in 94 and was a minor.
Fast Forward 25 years and some what those movie reviews are being used against them to steal all of their hard work right from under them.

 

Diablo, you are a devil arent you.
I cant be as hard as you man. While I wish these dudes get removed from the system the truth is that they ARE the system.
You do not go into this business to entertain people. You go into this business because you have a fucking giant hole in your heart and you need to get it filled by the reactions of other peoples faces. Or you want to take advantage of those who need to be reacted to.
Actors act so people have reactions that they can parse and inflate their ego/fill their hole. They are lost sheep and the producers are the predators who know why/how they are lost and how to best entrap them so they can never be found again. Or at least be trapped for 20-40 years.

While I do not wish guys like this to blow their brains out it seems like the only answer for people like this who have painted themselves into such a corner.
If you have demons inside you better be fighting with them all the time instead of rolling over and letting the demons win every time.
Or else when your time comes and you are turned out you will have no defense and there will be hell to pay. Them demons grow up biggger and stronger if you dont fight them down to size on a constant basis. They are like a fungus or any other parasite that grows exponentially if you ignore it. Like cancer.
Once you grow too malignant your own body will cut you out and nuke you with radiation and hot chemicals.
The very people who claimed to love you all these years, the very ones you have worked with and have tolerated or even supported and approved you will flee from you.
Because they know that leprosy spreads by association.
And lepers are excised from the body and sent to the void.

 

Evil has to be named, or else it continues to be tolerated.
And that evil is money.
Its not pervs, its money.
Pervs will be pervs, alone in their basement. There you cant separate the regular pervs from the sick pervs.
Give them money and they get the power to do whatever sick thing comes to their pervy mind.
Because they know that money is all about circulation.
It is the lifeblood of evil.
Without it evil has a hard time growing much.
Low level evil is a lot easier to crush.
A lot of these actresses knew what Harvey was doing and they kept quiet. Not good for business. How they gonna slam the producer making the films that are making their careers while they are out promoting the film.
The system is circular because its the only way they can reason themselves out of any guilt.
Without guilt you never have to fight with your demons.
Your demons become your pals.
And you live with them.
Just like everyone has to live with you.
Who are now basically a parademon.

and worse yet, nobody wants to lose their connects to get more stash
so they turn a blind eye to rapists and worse

Meryl Streep should have said something like "I am shocked about all this, Harvey never once tried to do anything like that to me".
The internet would have had a field day with that one.
