welcome and you'll find mostly LA based posters on DSP hope you hang around used to love the NBA but its just too political for me wanted to be excited for Westbrook but can't stand mebron
I like Milwaukee to repeat. I think Giannis is about to put the NBA in a strangehold for many years The Lakers roster construction is an absolute nightmare and I've never been a fan of the way Westbrook plays.
I had to retire as a Raiders fan about a year ago because watching a mediocre product year after year and expecting a different result was insanity and not good for my mental health. First the Gruden saga and now their top draft pick from 2 years ago gets drunk and kills someone. Just unreal how much bad shit happens with that organization.
When you cultivate and embrace a certain team persona, it’s not too big a surprise when that bears fruit in real life. It worked in the 70’s and early 80’s when it was something novel and used as a motivating factor. But later iterations of the team took that and made it into a parody, and no one, not the coaches or FO recognized that it was actually harming the team. From undisciplined play on and off the field, bad and outdated coaching, a FO that cowered to a senile man that made awful choices and burned fences in 2 different towns plus an entire league, the Raiders became a caricature of itself. The moronic behavior of Gruden is just the icing on the cake, especially in a year where they were actually good. WFT, Dallas, LV are in dire need of new ownership. Shame.
RIP USC football. Kid that returned the kickoff for the TD and caught the two long TD passes is from my alma mater.
Cannot believe the OSU WR had 347 receiving yards. That game was a blast to watch....I find the bowl games to be way more enjoyable than the playoff games. The playoff games are almost always blowouts
