Damn Bruce Arians retires and no solid plan at QB for the Cards. Looks like that job is a meh one right now. Schefter actually said he'd hold the Browns' job in higher regard than both the Giants and Cards. JDR is for sure appreciated. Will be some time before the RAIDERS announce the return of Chucky. Still have the interview process to run through. He and Gannon in RAIDERS QB meetings is the way it should be. RAIDERS have always been led to the big game by offensive minded HCs. And of course it really goes without saying that Chucky in Vegas is large. No brainer for all parties. Romo probably slides into Monday Night Football as his replacement.

Should be fun to see Reggie and Chucky cut the dead weight from the roster together. A coin flip between the RAIDERS and Niners will decide who drafts 9th overall Lol. Sure would like to see this RAIDERS team with so many pieces already in place drafting 9th or better in every round this year

I'm not getting the whole lust for Gruden thing.

Chucky was fired before... for reasons. Those haven't changed.
    So what changed?
They got embarassed at 6-10 when they SHOULD of made the playoffs.
coulda this.. shoulda that... almost kind of whatever.
    They missed.
    They fucked up.
    No focus.
    No depth.
    No Leadership

While NOT liking the Traiders I do admire Carr's grit. In fact the Carr/Crabtree/Cooper combo with Lynch is a solid "O" entree
now... can the rest of the motley cast step up?

    this year No.
Of course if you'd of asked me 6 months ago, Traiders coming off a 12-4 record?

Maybe Del Rio was over his head

Forget old emojis and make New ones.
Just bring back ones people call out by name. The irish greatest hits.
Maybe there can be a poll to see whi ch ones make the cut.

https://www.silverandblackpride.com...ocker-room-made-jack-del-rio-firing-necessary ..hate that this comes out.
Basically the same way JDR's HC tenure in Jacksonville ended. With him losing control of his team.
Tried to regain that control how? The way most defensive guys want to. By calling out the QB.. http://www.espn.com/blog/afcwest/po...apa-jon-gruden-has-to-fix-a-broken-derek-carr
Announcing his own firing made some feel sorry for him. This reality flies in the opposite direction. Still a little too much of a player's coach.
Of course, all this will now divert attention away from the fact that Chucky is just a better football coach than JDR is in general, but I suppose it was worth noting.
Still appreciate the positives from JDR's run though. He had enough credibility to help them become a free agent destination again and that was a huge step for the org.
And now his watch is ended.

Dude needs to seriously bulk up. That Browns O-Line is gonna get him killed. Ditto the Giants.

The Browns would be a good fit for such an ass.

    That said, go Bruins.

He’s not an ass. His teammates love him, his coach loved him (before and after he got fired), he speaks his mind and there is nothing wrong with that

Chucky with a quick shit on Stephen A. there. Lol Stephen A. all in his feelings over inaccurate " ownership stake " talk
Gonna need him to hold tight on this announcement though. Fuck the fine over the Rooney rule, who cares. More importantly, go and cover the Chefs this week and get as much inside info as possible before leaving the booth, bro
However, something tells me fatboy Andy Reid won't be sharing as much about Chefs' operations this time around

WOW!!! 10 million a year for 10 years??? Sorry no coach is worth that much. He's worth a high salary but 10 million is ridiculous.

That he's getting 10M per year is week old news
He'll more than likely be the exception to your rule here, leading one of the league's iconic franchises into uncharted NFL territory in Nevada

Wish they could've kept all this under wraps until after Chucky covers the Chefs
    Oh well
That said, and on another note..the Chefs have lost 5 straight home playoff games
I repeat, 5 straight home playoff losses
A surprise Andy Reid firing if the Chefs lose this game at home against the meh Titans?
Tedy Bruschi is calling an upset..I can't quite see it

10 years for a coach is, in my mind, stupid. The money is what it is, but very very few coaches could be trusted for 10 years.....let alone one who hasn't coached in years.
