I read some of that thread, but I don't fight with people on PSD because they are mindless hacks over there (seemed like a few gnat fans too). Where there's smoke there's fire - and there's an awful lot of smoke out of San Francisco right now. I haven't seen a player step up his game after a trade like Scutaro, since Manny.
11 years in the league and he suddenly breaks out for 74rbis and hits .370 for the giants. maybe its just the air in san fran
2 Giants have been suspended this year for PED's. Melky Cabrera was suspended in August, but his test was done roughly around July 20th, one week before the team traded for Scutaro. It's as if the team knew about the impending suspension and sought out to find what other "nothing to lose" player would be their steroid guinea pig. It's all speculation, but there are pieces to suggest this goes beyond the player. Fuck frisco.
Also, I'm wearing my Ozzie Smith underoos today and pulling for the birds bigtime... but these two teams deserve each other. I can't feel bad about the Cardinals losing to a steroid-shooting team.
Holiday will look hurt because he is. he'll strike out 2 or 3 times. Giants win 5 to 2. Go on to beat Verlander 3 times.
Ok if there is one thing that I have realized about my team this year is for some reason they love it when there backs are against the ropes and getting hit by Joe Frazier bc they come out like Muhammad Ali... That is what they did against the Nationals and that is what they are going to need to do against the Giants.. The Fags are lucky right now but the Cardinals can get this thing turned around. If the Cardinals are too lose tonight I for one will not watch the WS, I don't have a problem with the Tigers but too seat here and watch another Giants WS will never happen again.. I can sit here until I'm blue in the face saying that I hate the fucking Giants but its too the point where even if I hear anything about them on the tv or radio I change the channel. This is the Cardinals last chance too make sure we don't hear all the celebration going on in fag land bc if they don't you know MLB Network is going to make it seem like they came from 3-0 deficit.
When and if it happens, he will arrive home, go to his room, and weep profusely at the joy he feels surging through his body. He will then call, Uribe and then, for some reason, Jason Schmidt After some time, he will then leave the room to go downstairs, to interact with his family, as if nothing has taken place at all. On the way down, he will straighten the large photo of Brian Sabean on the wall., which became ajar while he was going through his celebratory throes.
