oh for many years i thought the same
see i once had a bad experience with a hairy chick
from then on i was on your side of the rowboat

so stupid was I that if i was on a date with a knockout gorgeous model and i could spot a flaw like hairy arms or too broad a forehead i would totally write her off
i was with a black model once and i could not get past her large forehead
with an argentinian model i could not get past her hairy arms
i would cringe at the thought of girls with hairy legs when the elders would tell me of how things used to be pre wax days

i would feel like barfing

i get where you're coming from
when you're younger you have much higher standards
and there are so many beautiful young girls that you can afford to be picky
but then you get older and realize there are other factors that are equally/more important
give me a plain looking woman i can have a conversation with over a beautiful bimbo every time

 

first loves are always best
specially when you find them again 20 years later
and the lyrics find the same pressure points
even if the artist has a few more wrinkles
it sounds youthier still
