Yeah I've been an Amazon prime member for 5 years now, started with a free year for being a student and got a deal where I still pay student price even though I've graduated. Lots of cool perks, although once I've left LA to a much smaller town some of those perks have left, but still love it. Some good TV shows also, and lots of free books I can access on my kindle

im back to vegan the past 3 weeks and dropped 20 lbs without breaking a sweat.
but now im pissing stones, always happens when i drop weight quick, i get kidney stones
protein is bad for your kidneys, unless you work hard labor your body does not need much protein
its actually really good to go on a non protein diet for a month to rest your sweetmeats.
your organ take a beating from protein, specially the high fat and cholesterol type
uric acid is a bitch.
i miss cheese though
but i have lots of cashew butter and home made vegan cheeses
soy isnt good for you that much, but ive developed a taste for fried and baked tofu slices breaded in nutritional yeast flakes.

sweetmeats are the internal organs
back in the lord and lady days in the northern lands of fire and ice the easiest way to get vitamins and minerals was to eat internal organs of animals.
of course the animals had to be free range game from the royal preserves aka national parks
ive had terrible gout in the past too, but i dont go to teh doctor so i use my hands to heal the old fashioned way
if you have chronic health issues its better to learnn your bodies language, cleanse it, then listen to itbitch and complain while you make changes.
if you can use natual remedies, hot and cold compresses, lots of roughage, fresh fruits in variety daily, nuts and legumes in balanced measure to avoid fermentations in your gut
your gut is your second brain
once you have to take a handfull of pills you are screwed and are better off turning from pills to nature
i use pure essence of herbs in oils massaged in through the skin, under the tongue, ingested directly or in teas, and straight to the brain through the nose by deeply breathing in the herbal vapors
myrrh, frankincesnse, peppermit, lavender, rosemary, hyssop, juniper, thyme, etc...
when thieves would rob victims of the black plague they would wrap their scarves in these oils and would be immune from disease. desolate castles and keeps filled with dead bodies and considered haunted by others were no problem for skilled rogues
tomb raiders would do the same so avoid horrible raiders of the lost ark type death from fungal spore exposure
and knights templars took away all the riches of the holy lands once they stopped being superstitious clerics with swwords and became wily knaves with knives
