LASports, did you survive the sun yesterday at the game?

Or did you have to hide under a blanket like a vampire?

talk about a feel good story...

Boy does something special for girl at Hockey Game
During a hockey game, a very lucky young boy won a hockey stick that was signed by one of his idols, Tyler Myers, a defenseman for a popular hockey team. The boy’s name is Keaton Hamin and he’s only 9 years old. When he received the stick, he couldn’t have been more happy, it was all he wanted. But then, 7-year-old Alyx Delaloye rushed to check it out. As a hockey fan herself, she wanted an up-close look of the priceless gift the boy received. What followed had everyone cheering.

Anyone watching "Game of Thrones" reruns on HBO?
I know that one thing I want, really want, is a dragon.
    Yeah, a dragon...and maybe a dire wolf.

Of course man. Gonna be the first season where the TV show creators are gonna be very loose in regards to following the books, which I think will lead to great things.

I've always worried that the TV show would lap the books and thank God a new book is coming out soon.

Hey, nice going 'atta boy' to a guy named Zacharia Fike ( I think that's it...sorry if wrong), who finds Purple Heart medals on ebay or antique shops or wherever, and gets them then returned to their rightful owner/recipients by hard work and research.
He uses his own money, and I think the guy is aces who brings these back to the heroes who were awarded them originally...classy.
Evidently, they got lost and misplaced somehow over the years, but the names are inscribed on the back of each one.

With no game tonight, a clear path to the "Louie" premier at 10:30 PM I believe...for me, I have no option for recording it.
Also, I haven't had Vinny since the opening day game, only the visiting team, but also don't have LA broadcast option for the first AZ game either...so is this what it will be all year for me in NJ (with the package MLB Extra innings?) I know there has been lots written about it, and I admit my mind wanders (help Tubo), but is this the deal in 2015?

Ordered something from Amazon, I received the box today, opened it up and there wasn't anything inside besides packing paper. Lol

Gamestop has a deal where you can trade in a xbox 360 250 gb or a ps3 120 gb for 125 dollars each towards a purchase of a xbox one. I have both systems and do not use them anymore since I have a ps4 and a gaming pc. I know eventually I will purchase a xbox one but I was wondering if y'all think it would be a good idea to trade both systems in for 250 of store credit to go towards a xbox one (350 dollars).

Also, if I were to purchase it now, I probably would use much until later.

Did you buy it from the Marketplace or something? Might as well complain to Amazon - I've always had good interactions with their customer service (getting extra months of prime and whatnot).

I guess if you're set on an Xbox One, then you might as well go for it if you don't think there will be any better trade in deals. But I don't see much point in getting an Xbox One given that you already have a PS4 and PC. Pretty much covers anything you'd want.

It's been resolved, they are sending another one. Absolutely no hassle.
