It's not positive, it sucks in a way because we cant officially turn the page on the Frank McCourt era as long as he owns the property but it's not really significant in any way besides the emotional.
And the financial. In fact, it hurts way more financial than emotional. I'll bet we'll never actually see Frank McCourt again, but financially it will hurt. The owner will never admit it, cause then the owner would be admitting a mistake and would be criticizing his landlord in public. But he'll know that it fucking blows financially.

i hear ya but mccourt's leverage is a byproduct of the bidders unwillingness to play hard ball jamie is due $131mm by april 30 that's not some hypothetical or maybe, it's a contractual absolute if the bidders refused to bid sans parking lots mccourt would be squirming, guaranteed
