    Giving them Olivera for less than they supposedly offered and taking Arroyo's contract helped. But it's great to be able to take bad contracts to acquire young talent like Peraza and Alex Wood.

    The people looking over their shoulders right now should be Crawford and Ethier.

    The FO continues to shell out cash to fix shit and those two have to be somewhere on their agenda.

    I am surprised we got Alex too but I didn't think we ever were going to get the big 3 this year so I'm not bummed at all. REALLY glad the Gnats didn't get Price which I think is the bigger story.

    Kinda unfair to lump Ethier with Crawford at this point. Ethier has a 140 wRC+ vs RHP this year.

    Not really unfair. It almost makes me want to take Crawford out of the conversation because he's not performed well enough to be moved and Ethier has. Sell while you can...see; Kemp.

    Not that I give a fuck how much billionaire LAD owners/FO spend, but we got whoever and it cost a shitload of money, and the players we really wanted, and were"front runners" to get haha (LA money and power, you see), are all going somewhere else? And the pick that everybody was previously cumming over was merely a bargaining chip? And we'll be DFA'g at least 2 guys, most likely? Sounds to me we lost out again, Tanaka-ish, big time.
    So Latos and Wood take the place of Price or Hamels and some pretty mediocre RPs are our BP help? Is that about it?
    But we look good for the future?
