    ZK came through for us last year when we were down and out in game 2 vs St. Louis. I trust him more than I trust any active Dodger, but Anderson-Harvey in Citi Field is such a mismatch. I just don't see how we win that one. I'm sitting here trying to calm myself down after getting all the venting out of my system, but I just can't look past that game. A guy like John Lackey as a #3 starter would have been really cool for the playoffs, but the Cardinals beat us out for him at the deadline last year of course...I know Anderson's stats are solid, but every inning he pitches feels like a wild adventure to me.

    Say what you will about Kershaw. Yes he lost in the postseason....again, yes he has another bad 7th....again but while he was struggling not once do I remember seeing a mound visit to settle him down. Maybe I missed it in my rage of deja vu but the even bigger kicker of them all was why is Baez brought in in that situation. Pedro fucking Baez when we need the biggest out of the game.

    Kershaw still pitched well enough to win. Minus howie and JT the offense was non existent yet again. Yes the ump was awful but he wasn't the reason we lost.

    Fuck it, Greinke is going to be nails tomorrow and win. The offense will explode in game 3 and score 3 runs, while Anderson will go 8 IP allowing 2 runs and we'll close out the game. Kershaw will pitch a dominate 6 innings in game 4, DBB finally learns and pulls Kersh out and the bully will close it out.

    Dodgers win in 4.

    I'm wondering is Kershaw just tries too hard in the early innings and doesn't pace himself for the long 9 inning stretch. His control issues around the 6th, 7th innings seems to be something of a consistency.

    I dunno. Just looking for answers.

    But again 1 run is not going to be enough in any game.

    I prefer none of the above. Not just an Anderson thing....I trust none of our pitchers outside of Kershaw-Greinke-Jansen

    I do not want nor do we need Simmons. Dude is a garbage hitter and would not solve our problems. Our SS D is more than adequate.
