I don't blame you, but I wouldn't be pissed if they did either if it was a straight trade like that. But it seems we have an abundance of arms and we're short on bats in the farm, so ideally we could give them some of our young arms for Lee. Arms are more traditionally more valuable anyway.
Yes, and it just dawned on me the Dodgers get the crappier end of genetic pools most times it seems (no disrespect to Ramon, who was a beast before he blew out his arm). Think about it. We traded away the better Martinez brother ... for Delino Deshields, who's son is currently one of the top 2b prospects in all of baseball. We have the shittier tony gwynn. The shittier Laroche. The shittier Mattingly (son). Valentin and Baldwin's kids are flopping. The shittier Guerrero, the shittier izturis (debatable?), and I'm sure some big names are slipping my mind at the moment..
Dig it! Now, all we need is to buzzsaw TB and StL. Maybe then we'll crack the top 10 of SI's bullshit power rankings?

Not sure if this was posted somewhere but.... MLB.com's Ken Gurnick reports that Matt Kemp's sprained left ankle is healing slower than expected and he could be out until September.
I bet kemp broke his ankle but the training staff is a bunch of dumb fucks and couldn't see a break in the X-rays
Can someone figure out who is going to be our starting pitcher on August 11th. I get to go to that Rays game. I was just wondering. Edit: I'm going to miss Kershaw by one game DAMN IT I thought I heard Fife was going to pitch Sunday did I not see something like that?
